The Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker Pilot Programs allow you to work in Canada in the specified occupation and eventually obtain permanent residence after 2 years of full-time work.

You might be eligible for an occupation restricted work permit if you have the qualified experience and job offer in Canada.
LMIA is not
Needed
The employer need not have an LMIA to be able to hire a foreign caregiver which makes the process much easier and quicker.
Eligibility for
Permanent Residence
It allows you to obtain permanent residence once you've obtained the required experience through this program.

Family
If you are a qualifies caregiver, you could bring your family members with you to Canada with the goal of becoming a permanent resident.
